Annnnnndddd BACK to the recipe. Since I figuered most of you weren't into Oatmeal Fly Pie, I had to scramble to get an alternative to my would-be delicious creation.
Gluten Free Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies
1 c. gluten free flour
1 c. gluten free rolled oats
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 c. cranberries
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
1/4 c. water
1/3 c. coconut oil
2 eggs
1 c. gluten free rolled oats
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground allspice

1 tsp. vanilla extract
