So here's the deal my crunchy fabulous friends, I love you more than a fat kid loves cake...or in my case organic pumpkin cheesecake.
I also love giving you the BEST and SIMPLEST holistic and naturally living goodies on the inter-webs. The thing is, as with anyone on a journey, sometimes you need to stop right where you are, take a lay of the land and reassess where you want to go and how you want to get there.
As I mentioned last week I was embarking on a new adventure and part of that shift was fueled by attending Marie Forleo's last RHH Live event.
If you don't know who Marie is I encourage you to check her out. Though she teaches about having the business and the life you love, her passionate and spot on style is from a completely holistic approach--- taking care of the mind, body and spirit.
Sooo, after completing this trans-formative, uplifting, and f-in bad-ass weekend I realized I wasn't serving your needs the best way I could.
I know you want natural and holistic health for your families, but I also know you gotta shit-ton of stuff to do and don't have time to weed through all the crap, fluff, and B.S. marketing to get you to buy the latest "natural" fad product. And lets be honest...reading Granolaville, even three times a week might be a little much.
So I'm gonna to make a promise to you right now because I know you want more from your life, just like I do. I'm going to vow only to give YOU the simplest and most effective ways to bring more natural crunchiness to your life.
To do that, I'll be taking a step back, giving more quality than quantity and sharing what gets me excited and motivated to live a healthier life for myself and my family.
Now I'm asking you lovelies to bare with me as some revamping and reworking goes on in Granolaville.
While I'm working my booty off for you, to give you what you need and deserve, I'll email out some weekly crunchy tidbits of love through my newsletter so that you don't forget about OUR Crunchy Revolution.
If you haven't already, sign up for my email updates and if you could:
Tell me what kind of content you want to see on Granolaville that will make this journey towards natural living simpler.
Post your comments below and I'll talk with you soon!

So excited for you! Thank you for reading!
I like to see ideas that a person who is new to or switching to the natural healthy lifestyle can do and share with a family, not radical changes, but take me step by step to the good life.
I'd like tips for the person who is no ready to go all the way crunchy. Info on what are the cruchy changes that give you the biggest benefit. Post like if you cant make any other changes focus on doing this...
Quality is usually better than quantity anyway.
I am new to your blog. I LOVE your granolaville girl! She's a cutie. I don't know if this would be a bit much, but I am in the process of making some lifestyle changes because I had rheumatoid arthritis. So, what are the health benefits of a crunchy living? Also, can you define crunchy living for me?
Hi Kim, WELCOME! Being crunchy isn't about being a perfect organic goddess (although goddesses of any kind are welcomed too). Being crunchy means you do what works for YOU, without any pretentious judgement from US. It's about making the SMALL steps that will lead to BIG changes. It's about listening to mother nature, and trusting that your body has the ability to heal itself from many ailments (including arthritis) if it's given real food, uses nature as our guide, has a clear mind and open heart. It's about having a holistic approach to health: mind, body, and soul. I hope you come back each week, and please sign up for my newsletter where you'll get extra goodies!
